Beautiful Union: Firdausi and Nasir Ties The Wedding Knot In Grand Style

The wedding Fatiha of Nasir and Firdausi was indeed a glamorous affair as socialites, high-ranking government officials, politicians, royal fathers and people from all walks of life converged on the prestigious Eliel Centre, at Rayfeild, Jos, in honour of the celebrants.

 

The event which took place on Saturday the 8th of July, had the hall full to the brim. The centre was beautifully decorated, and guests appeared electrified in different shades of glamorous attires. It was a convergence of communal unity as Muslims and Christians on the Plateau came in their numbers to grace the occasion.

The arrival of the gorgeous bride and groom was in grand style; the bridal train came in different colours such as peach, gold and blue. The groom’s men were not left behind as they also showed up in smart white and black ‘Baban Riga’.

Guests were so ecstatic with the appearance of the lovely couple they could not resist pouring encomium, wishing them a blissful marital life. The air at the occasion was full of cheers and laughter.

 

Chairman of the occasion, Professor  Abdullahi S. Yibaikwal, of the National Open University, Abuja, in his remark urged the couple to tolerate each other. He said: “there is no successful home if tolerance is not the bedrock  of that home.” Other speakers at the occasion include Dr.Sharon Rowo Oviemuno , the Deputy Executive Secretary, Universal Basic Education, Abuja, in her remark told Nasir and Firdausi to communicate freely with each other, saying “if you talk freely, you will not need a third party in your home.”

The charming couple mesmerised the guests as they exhibited sincerity they had vowed to uphold in their marital life, as they owned up to flaws during the quiz game at the ceremony.

 

Present at the occasion were senator Da Jonah David Jang, former governor Plateau State, Member representing Jos South/East, Edward Pwajok, Member representing Pankshin, Hon. Alice Dimlong, Alhaji Dr.Daiyabu Y Garga Commissioner LocalGovernmentt and Chieftaincy Affairs, Plateau state, HRH Alhaji Haliru Bala Usman, the Osua Ojiris, HRH Alhaji Muhammed Muazu, the Emir of Kanam, Dr.Hamid Boboyi, Executive Secretary Universal Basic Education and Hajia Balkisu Muhammadu Kwala.
