By Israel Momoh             Following the decision reached by OPEC+ including Nigeria, to cut crude oil supply by about 22% to halt the free fall of global crude prices, amounting to a 10 million barrel per day cut between May to June 2020, 8 million from July to December and 6 million from January 2021 to April 2022, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is yet to reach an agreement with the major IOCs operating within the country with regards to output cut and modification.
